Up in Seattle I was given a chance to experiment with various designs and this is part of the summer fashion shoot series. You can think of it as prototyping for *Lastwear
 In this one I have on me a pair of hakama that have been bound at the hem with a cuff like those put on Jacks. Everything else is the same as a Cargo Hakama. What could further be improved on these is a smaller waist band size (so it fit tighter) and longer leg length so it curled over the cuff more. Then I've got on a green shirt which Thom B. came up with the design for. There's no stitching done on it. Instead, it's been tied together at all seams. Makes for a very comfortable and very breathable shirt for summer The hat is a rectangle piece of knit scrap that's had two corners tied together, quite simple indeed. Comments

I used to do that with tshirts I got in high school. It looked cool, but they didn't last too long. Actually I think my sister threw them away. The designs are good. Adding the cuffs to the hakama is a good move to make them more practical for a lot of things. You do look pretty piratey, though.  I like the shirt a lot. great drape. it feels somehow delicate and I'd like to adapt it into something feminine. the collar is great.

-- every picture should tell a story, those that don't just haven't found theirs yet.  Very sexy and pirate-y. I like the idea of cuffing the pants; makes them more practical. The shirt is so pretty. ^_^ The head wrap is neat; whenever I try to do that, I look like I've suffered a head injury. ^_^;

But as far as the pants go, a pair like this will cost you $225... however, if you're asking how much these particular pants I'm wearing are, well, it'll depend on your waist (not your hip or pant level) circumference.
