Fashion Belt 1 by Marcusstratus Fashion Belt 1 by Marcusstratus
A friend of mine at the Art Institute is working on his senior collection and some of his designs include belts that he wasn't exactly intending to make when he drew up the designs. But the instructors have convinced him that he would do best to have those belts to go along with the rest of his designs since they wouldn't be the same without them.

Anywho! I am working with him to make these belts he's designed. His collection has a wild west/bank robber feel to it and so the belts are leather with some bullet loops and such to give them that old time feel. I also put some conchos on this belt that I distressed a bit to give them an older feel.

He has yet to see this one so there may be changes to it if necessary.

More to come! :D

Made from vegetable tanned leather, brass and nickle hardware.

Meh, I'd recommend one of my utility belts instead, then you could actually do something with it instead of just sitting on your hips.

what do you mean by 'sitting on your hips'? are you saying they take so much space on yo tummy that you cant bend?

I mean the fashion belt does nothing but sit on your hips, where as my utility belts hold tools and all sorts a manner of other things.

If I were to request that you construct for me a full outfit, and gave you a general idea of the feel I would like it to give off, how much would I have to pay you?

if it's a simple outfit (just a couple plain shirts and a pair of pants), probably 100-200, if it's a moderately complex outfit (like a couple poofy shirts and maybe a fancy pair of pants) then 200-300 and for something really fancy (like coat or jacket added into the mix and everything is newly designed) it just goes up from there.

That's a bit less than I expected, actually.

So, yeah. Expect a message from me in the future, requesting an outfit, with a few rough sketches. ;D
