Copper Orchid

Here's one of the first things I made my senior year in jewelry making. I got the idea from the previous year, when I make a rose and I wanted to make another flower. So through brainstorming I came up with the idea to make this flower. it's 18g copper sheet metal that I've formed with hammers... I thought it was rather empty so I put a little silver stud inside. If you ask me, it's still empty.
