Description
Here's my new Bound Hakama. I changed the design a bit by adding more length to the leg, putting in a heavy duty canvas Koshita stiffener, making the pant legs a bit skinnier (wouldn't have guessed it would ya?) and by gathering 'em instead of pleating 'em. These pants are my new favorites. I just love the colours! the fit! and the comfort! XD Yeah! hehe
I didn't put any cargo pockets on 'em so I could put on removable ones, which I've still yet to make. Also, another thing to note, I've been enjoying how they look with having the last button undone on the cuff. I would usually do it when I wasn't wearing any shoes (due to lazyness) but now I do it when I'm wearing shoes because it changes the shape of the leg just a tiny bit.
Oh, and another thing, since I gathered 'em at the cuffs and wast, they're poofier, which makes the skinnier leg (I only made it a couple inches or so thinner) look baggier then the wider leg on the white ones that were pleated. It also enables them to be more flexable, since the grainline is straight from the waist to the cuff, instead of going diagonal or sommat due to a big pleat.
